Worldwide delivery

We know you can't pop around to see us, so we have kept our delivery costs free or flat rates. Free delivery NZ & Australia for orders over $100. Flat rate for all other orders.

Delivery Method

All NZ orders are sent through NZ Post. Overseas orders are sent via NZ Post International Air. You must supply a residential address, or a P.O. box. NZ Post does not deliver to business addresses. If you want it delivered to work, select the courier option.

Rest of World    estimated delivery time 5-15 working days

DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times are listed above. If you are waiting for your order, be patient, but not too patient. If the delivery time is exceeded, you can check your order on your login 'butterfly' page. Contact us with your name and order number. 

MY PARCEL HAS NOT ARRIVED

If your parcel has not arrived email info@twistedsister.co with your name and order number and we will do our best to track it down. If the item has been couriered, (for NZ customers only), you will have a tracking number that you can check at www.courierpost.co.nz or phone 0800 268 743.
