I have ordered 3 of the same item but at checkout it only listed as 2.

Twisted Sister won't sell what we don't have in stock, this indicates we only have 2 in stock. Please email info@twistedsister.co.nz if you would like to enquire about availability of extras. 

How long does delivery take?

We estimate for NZ deliveries 1 - 4 working days (please remember NZ Post no longer delivery daily but you can choose courier delivery)  

We estimate for outside of NZ 3 - 15 working days, dependant on where you are. 

How do you send the handbags?

They are surrounded by tissue paper and are sent in a cardboard box labelled as Fragile

What if my parcel has not arrived?

If your parcel has not arrived, email info@twistedsister.co.nz with your name and order number. 

What if my goods are faulty?

Send us an email within 7 days of receiving your order. As long as they are in there original condition and packaging, you can send them back.   On recieving them, we will refund your credit card for the item.  If you do not see your refund within the week, please contact us.
